2. I received great feedback from my last post. Everyone was very encouraging and responsible. I am actually going to tie in a point system that was suggested in the comments. I am very happy with the results I received. I also was told I was kind of bland so I tried to make the video better.
3. Based off of the responses I tried to be more friendly and personable, and now I am going to tie in a comment left by a fellow classmate.
Hey Hunter, I think you have a good idea. Night life in Gainesville is a really big part of campus life and anything that would increase the number of people attending bars on the weekends would be something to definitely consider. For my two comments, I would say to be a little bit more clear about what exactly your idea is. I know that its related to improving night life in Gainesville, but I'm not sure how exactly you plan to do it. Also, if you could increase the emotion a bit more to really engage your audience, that would be great. ReplyDeleteI think you did a good job in terms of speaking clearly and patiently (I know that my biggest problem was that I spoke too fast!), however, as other classmates mentioned already, I am not completely sure as to what exactly your idea is. Maybe next time you can start the pitch off by explaining your number one goal (improving the nightlife by promoting the bar scene) and immediately follow it with what exactly your idea is.
